Terms and conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by McIntosh CE, the national distributor for CASE Construction Equipment (“CASE”), in partnership with authorised CASE dealers in Australia.
2. Eligibility
o Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
o Entrants must book and complete a standard scheduled service with an authorised CASE dealer between 15 October 2025 and 30 November 2025 to be eligible.
o Employees of MCE, its dealers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
o Once eligible customers complete their service, the dealer must submit the official entry form on behalf of the customers
o A copy of the service invoice must be attached for the entry to be valid.
o Each completed service counts as one entry per machine.
4. Prize
o One winner will receive a credit equal to the cost of their completed service invoice.
o The prize covers service labour and parts costs only, including consumables, oils or filters. Any repairs beyond standard scheduled maintenance are excluded and remain payable by the customer.
o The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Draw and Notification
o The draw will take place on 1 December 2025.
o MCE will advise all dealers of the winning dealer/customer.
o MCE will apply the credit to the winning dealer’s account.
o The winning dealer must pass the credit on to the customer, to be used against a later service or product. The credit must not be retained by the dealer.
o The winning customer will be notified via phone and/or email by their local dealer using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
o If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days, a redraw will be conducted.
6. General Conditionso Only services carried out by authorised CASE dealers during the promotional period qualify.
o “Standard schedule service” refers to maintenance intervals recommended by CASE. Repairs, diagnostics, breakdowns, travel and additional servicing are excluded.
o By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
o MCE reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
o MCE is not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses other than the stated prize.
7. Privacy
o Personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with MCE’s privacy policy.
